3430 Carling is a current residential development consisting of two six-storey mid-rise buildings in Ottawa. Shoreway Drywall is completing the interior systems scope, including steel framing, shaftwall and fire-rated assemblies, insulation, drywall, bulkheads, and finishing.

Scope

Complete interior systems package for a mid-rise residential building, including light-gauge steel stud framing, shaftwall and fire-rated assemblies, thermal and acoustic insulation, drywall installation, interior bulkheads, demising walls, and Level 4 and Level 5 finishing.

Low-Rise Residential Builds

Shoreway Drywall regularly executes 8 to 22-unit residential projects throughout Ottawa. This project range is a key area of strength for our team, supported by competitive pricing, organized crews, and in-house equipment. Our operational capacity allows us to run multiple sites efficiently while maintaining schedule performance, workmanship, and consistent quality.

Complete exterior envelope and interior systems package, including framing, sheathing, insulation, and drywall installation across multiple concurrent residential developments ranging from 8 to 22 units.

The Woods

Shoreway Drywall was selected to complete the remaining work on this 300+ unit high-rise development after the original drywall contractor was unable to finish the project. To meet the deadline and client expectations, we mobilized a team of 60 skilled tradesmen. Our team completed the outstanding drywall, steel framing, ACT ceilings, and insulation while maintaining strict quality standards throughout.

Scope

Complete interior systems package including insulation, drop ceilings, drywall hanging, shaft wall construction, bulkhead installation, and finishing from tape to final coat.

Stittsville Main

1370 Main Street

14,000 sq. ft. of complex, multi-level fire-rated parkade ceiling assemblies. We quickly mobilized a team of 45+ skilled tradesmen to complete the outstanding framing, drywall, insulation, shaft wall, and finishing work. Our team met all building code, fire safety, schedule, and quality requirements, allowing the project to be successfully completed and handed over to the client.

Scope

Full parkade construction including structural framing, fire separation assemblies, insulation, and complete interior systems.

This 87-unit residential development in Thunder Bay reflects Shoreway Drywall's ability to deliver quality interior systems projects beyond the Ottawa region. A dedicated crew and on-site supervisor ensured strong coordination, accountability, and consistent progress throughout the build.

Scope

Delivered a complete interior systems package, including insulation, drywall installation, taping, sanding, and finishing for walls, ceilings, bulkheads, and other interior assemblies.
